User Agreement

1. This user agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the owner of the website tolkofact.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") and the Internet user (hereinafter referred to as the "User").
2. The Site provides the User with access to information about companies, reviews about them, as well as consulting services and contact forms.
3. The use of the Site is possible only under the conditions set forth in this Agreement. If the User does not accept these conditions, they must immediately cease using the Site.

1. Under this Agreement, the Site administration provides the User with access to information and services posted on the Site.
2. All existing services at the moment, as well as any development of or addition of new ones, are subject to this Agreement.
3. Access to the Site is provided free of charge, however, some services may be provided on a paid basis. The terms of such services are specified separately.

1.1. Access information on the Site.
1.2. Use contact forms to communicate with the Site administration.
1.3. Leave reviews about companies, complying with the rules established by this Agreement.

2.1. Comply with the terms of this Agreement.
2.2. Not undertake actions that may be considered as violating the law or international legal norms.
2.3. Not use the Site to distribute spam or other unwanted information.
2.4. Not perform actions that may lead to the disruption of the normal functioning of the Site.

3.1. Change the rules for using the Site, as well as change the content of this Agreement. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the Site.
3.2. Restrict access to the Site in case of violation by the User of the terms of this Agreement.
3.3. Delete reviews and comments that violate the terms of this Agreement.

4.1. Ensure the availability of the Site around the clock, except for the time for maintenance work.
4.2. Protect the data provided by the User in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

1. All information posted on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and video materials, is the property of the Site or its partners.
2. The use of information and materials from the Site without written permission from the administration is not allowed.
3. The User has the right to use the information from the Site exclusively for personal non-commercial purposes.

1. The Site administration is not responsible for possible errors or inaccuracies in the posted information.
2. The Site administration does not guarantee that services will be provided without interruptions and errors.
3. The Site administration is not responsible for the actions of Users violating the terms of this Agreement.

1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
2. The Site administration undertakes not to transfer information about the User to third parties without their consent, except as required by law.

1. All disputes arising in connection with this Agreement are subject to resolution in accordance with applicable law.
2. Before going to court, the parties undertake to take all measures to resolve the dispute through negotiations.

1. This Agreement comes into force from the moment the User starts using the Site.
2. If for any reason one or more provisions of this Agreement are deemed invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity or applicability of the remaining provisions.
3. This Agreement is drawn up in Russian and may be provided for review in other languages. In case of discrepancies in the text, the Russian version takes precedence.
